SHIN PADS
Unisex shin pads from Mitre for football and rugby. The ankle protection style may also be used for hockey.
- Aircell technology that’s totally breathable, keeping legs cooler and drier over 90 minutes
- Lightweight foam backing allows airflow around the leg
- CE and SATRA tested guards – certified for use at the very highest levels of the game
TWO TYPES:
Ankle protection = fixed sock with ankle protection secures the guard in place
Slip-in = no ankle sock reduces weight further, with a velcro strap to secure it in place
Upton House School - shin pads are required if in the School football team.
Size guide - applicable for both slip in and ankle protect:
Boys = Small - height between 120 and 140 cms.
Youth = Medium - height between 140 and 160 cms.
Mens = Large - height between 160 and 180 cms.
